In this 45-minute Express Class we will prepare all of the ingredients for a cozy curry, and you’ll go home with everything you need to make dinner for a family of 4-6 in under 30minutes.

You can enjoy a filling and delicious Indian meal in about half an hour. These recipes are excellent to double or triple and make ahead as a freezer meal.
